AB Giraitės ginkluotės gamykla informs that, due to personal reasons, Director Aleksandras Nikonovas has resigned from his position. The Director submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors earlier this week, and the Board accepted his request, effective from October 8, at which point he will be formally relieved from his duties.
Violeta Kašėtienė, who has been serving as the company's Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as the Interim Director of AB Giraitės ginkluotės gamykla.
In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the company's Board of Directors is responsible for the selection process of a new Director. Therefore, a search for a new Director will be announced in the near future, and additional information will be provided regarding the selection process.
